<image:title>design - reuse materials</image:title>
<image:caption>The Berlin Bar Convent is one the worlds most important international spirit fairs. Among global players you can find local brands from all over germany. Brick gin and Partisan vodka are both recognised for high quality spirits: Brick is the local distilled ecologic Gin out of three main ingredients: pepper, junper and lemon. Partisan stands for the clean smooth vodka with the highest qualiy distillation. The challenge was to create a stand for both brands as well as to look for reusable materials and appropriate reuse options. We found the cardboard roll as waste from a local hose weaving mill. We worked without plastic. The stand is made from recycled, reused or rented material that we took out of the process for three days before being returned or recycled. The "wall" was chosen as the connecting element between the two brands and the reused material. Also because the wall itself is more deeply connected with the history of Berlin. Each brand got one half of the stand. The arrangement of the tubes on the gin side showed the direct connection to its logo pattern. For the side of the vodka we found "semor the mad one", a graffiti artist who transformed the partisan wall into a unique piece of art. Subsequently, the tubes were used to create a unique packaging experience for the vodka bottles. Once again, we have shown our deep respect for the history of Berlin: people have taken parts of the partisan wall after dismantling the exhibition stand.</image:caption>

<image:title>design - mobile elevator kitchen</image:title>
<image:caption>The rapid increase of the urban population leads to a high urban density. Service and residential buildings grow up to gigantic skyscrapers. Since our lives will take place in smaller and smaller spaces in the future, we have made it our mission to transform the lift, which was previously only used as a means of transport, to a kitchen. As an alternative to overburdened delivery services and rushing to the next fast food store, we would like to offer a platform for local restaurants, cafes, take-aways and bars to place themselves with freshly made products in the elevator and sell directly on the desired floor. with Leonie Schima & Annika Keppler</image:caption>

The gluing properties of the skin create a stable, bendable material that can be optimized with enzyms for a variety of applications.</image:caption>

Each Block features sound-improving material as well as unique extras like power sockets, ethernet connection, or hidden storage space, Thanks to the material 'Really Soft Board' by Kvadrat, made out of 100% recycled cotton, it was possible to build an environmentally friendly solution. <image:caption>In the realm of architecture, art history, and design, every element echoes the stories woven into the exhibition. Collaborating with the Frankfurt Kulturprojekte team, we meticulously considered the design, material, and vision in tandem with the tales waiting to be shared. The rugged charm of the ancient church finds its counterpart in the deliberate use of standard brown MDF—unpolished and unpainted, becoming a canvas for genuine, unfiltered stories. Complementing this, the intentional placement and design of the display elements resonate with the dynamic skyline of Halbe Stadt, enhancing the immersive experience of "HALBE STADTansichten." Grounded in a unique design vision, each element purposefully supports and amplifies the narratives and objects, creating a cohesive and engaging showcase.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Is a perception of time an illusion? It can be observed as an indefinite event continuum, the fourth dimension, or an existential passage. Nevertheless the perception of its duration seems to be modulated by our own experiences, which makes it subjective and potentially malleable. Rotor 3D is questioning a common time and space structure as well as human existence within those fundamental world dimensions. This metaphysical, interactive installation starts with the primal viewpoint of a static two-dimensional picture of present time, a reflecting series of clock hands. Stepping to one side, the viewer will open a flow of various moments/points of time on the scale of the future, past and his or her own present. Rotor 3D encourages you to experience being beyond time, in it and with it in space projection. with Tobias Rell</image:caption>

<image:title>art - Duallinien at Distortion Festival</image:title>
<image:caption>Duallinien was seen as a guest installation at the Distortion Festival 2017 in Copenhagen. The entrance consisted of discarded sea containers spanning 10 km of white rope. During the day, the sun played its play of light and shadow - at night, the interactive installation came alive: the ropes illuminated from below were played by the pouring people and their shadows. Only at second glance the visitors noticed their influence on the installation. As a temporary architecture, the installation was used as a dance floor and chill-out area.</image:caption>

<image:title>art - bio- and psycho symbiotic home</image:title>
<image:caption>As I became aware of the implications of algorithmic decisions in our daily lifes, the increasing restriction of privacy at home, the question of the impact of various "smart" objects on the environment, limited bidirectional communication and the loss of knowledge and freedom of the user I was inspired to look for alternatives to current digital smart home systems. The focus is on privacy, mental and physical development, and greater integration of the user into an environmentally sustainable, living, intelligent home. In my work "verdant habitation" I have created a possible future scenario in which we get involved in the symbiotic system of plants. A future home in which plants and people supplement and support each other through neurosignal communication.</image:caption>

<image:caption>At Copenhagen's 25th Distortion Festival, the 'Bridging' installation unfolded. Beneath its suspended form, two hands moved independently, their outstretched segments evoking fingers. This design encapsulated unity within diversity, with intertwining elements embodying profound connections. The installation went beyond the visual, representing the exchange of energy, knowledge, and experience through the seamless flow of light from one 'hand' to the other. Controlled LEDs and precision stepper motors orchestrated this dance of connectivity, adding a technological heartbeat to the installation's poignant message. <image:title>mobile bar - mobile elevator kitchen</image:title>
